Kimura Takuya's "HERO 2" back with top rating

"HERO" was first aired by Fuji TV as a Getsu9-Drama in 2001 starring SMAP's Kimura Takuya. This drama was very popular with viewership ratings over 30% for each episode. The first episode for the second season of  this drama was aired on July 14.

This legal-drama is back on Fuji TV as "HERO 2" with Kimura Takuya playing the lead role. The time slot for this drama is also the same as the first season, Mondays 21:00. A new cast for this drama is Kitagawa Keiko, who is playing the role of the secretary of Kimura Takuya's character.

Many were questioning, wether the second season will also be as popular as the first one. The first episode of "HERO 2" was aired on July 14 with 26.5% viewership rating. It ist the highest rating for a drama this year.
