Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 9/15~9/21


The only new release from Johnny's talents is Domoto Koichi's "Endless SHOCK 1000th Performance Anniversary" DVD, which topped this week's DVD chart. It seems Kanjani8's old DVDs are popular as last week their DVD from 2009 suddenly showed up at the 19th position and this week their "TOUR 2∞9 PUZZLE" DVD (released in 2009) made it to place 17.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 9/8~9/14


The single chart this week is topped by Southern All Stars' "Tokyo VICTORY" with 92,645 copies sold in its first week. On September 10 Nakayama Yuma released his solo single "Get Up!", which sold 34,435 copies this week, placing it to the 4th position in the single ranking. The top 10 single ranking is filled with newly released singles. In the 11th place is Hey! Say! JUMP's "Weekender / Asu e no YELL", which topped last weeks ranking.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 9/1~9/7


Hey! Say! JUMP released a new single,  "Weekender / Asu e no YELL", on September 3. The song "Weekender" is used as theme song for Yamada Ryosuke and Arioka Daiki's drama "Kindaichi Shoen no Jikenbo N(neo)", while "Asu e no YELL" is used for the drama "Suikyuu Yankees" starring Nakajima Kento and Takaki Yuya. This double-A-side single topped the weekly single chart with 184,509 sold.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 8/25~8/31


This week's single chart is topped by "Kokoro no Placard" by AKB48, with over a million copies sold. This week V6 released a new single after 1 year, titled "Namida no Ato ga Kieru Koro". The title song is used as theme song for Inohara Yoshihiko's drama "Keishicho Sousa Ikka 9-gakari". This single placed second in the chart with 61,083 copies sold. Other singles from Johnny's talents in the top 50 chart are  "Another Future" by Kis-My-Ft2 and "ER2" by Eight Ranger (Kanjani8).

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 8/18~8/24


This week the single chart is topped by EXILE TRIBE's "THE REVOLUTION", with 321,879 copies sold. Tackey & Tsubasa's new single "Dakinatsu",which was released this week, sold 29,246 copies placing 4th in the single ranking. Kis-My-Ft2's "Another Future", which topped last week's ranking dropped to the 6th position.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 8/11~8/17


The single weekly single chart is topped by Kis-My-Ft2's newest single, "Another Future", which sold 214,682 copies during its first week. The sales for "Tii Tii Tii Terette Tereti Ti Ti ~Dare no Ketsu~" by Kis-My-Ft2's subunit Busaiku went up a bit, making the single climbing up the chart  to the 20th position.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 8/4~8/10


"ER2" topped the single chart with 208,282 copies sold. This is the second single released by Kanjani8 under the name of Eight Ranger. On the second place is a single by former Johnny's, Akanishi Jin. His new single "Good Time" was sold 39,746 times during its first week. Also new this week is Johnnys' WEST's first album, "go WEST Yoi Don!", which took over the weekly album ranking.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 7/28~8/3


Newly released this week is Arashi's concert DVD "ARASHI Live Tour 2013"LOVE""", which of course topped the music DVD ranking. It also topped this week's overall DVD ranking. The album "PLAYZONE 1986・・・・2014 ★Arigato! ~Aoyamagekijo★" by talents from Johnny's, such as Imai Tsubasa and Nakayama Yuma was also released this week. This album was able to rank in the 11th position.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 7/21~7/27


The single chart this week is topped by EXILE's "NEW HORIZON", with 147,572 copies sold. Busaiku's "Tii Tii Tii Terette Tereti Ti Ti ~Dare no Ketsu~" was released on July 27 and 77,381 copies were sold. Though they aimed to top the chart, this single only became the second most sold single this week.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 7/14~7/20


SMAP's double A-side single "Top Of The World/Amazing Discovery" topped Oricon's weekly single ranking with 122,850 copies sold in its first week. This single became the group's 20th consecutive chart-topping single since "freebird" (released in May 2002).

Since their debut in September 1991 all singles released by SMAP have ranked in the top 10. With "Top Of The World/Amazing Discovery" they have renewed their own record for "the most number of consecutive singles ranked in the top 10 since the debut single" for both male/female and group/solo. From a total of 53 singles released, 31 singles have topped the chart.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 7/7~7/13


A.B.C-Z released their 6th music video DVD "Legend Story" on July 9. This DVD topped not only this week's music DVD ranking, but also this week's overall DVD ranking, with 26,000 copies sold in its first week. With only DVD sales "Legend Story" managed to top the music DVD and Blu-ray overall ranking.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 6/30~7/06


Kanjani8's newest single "Omoidama" topped the weekly chart with 168,866 copies sold. This song is used as the theme song for Asahi Broadcasting Corporation's Nettoh Koshien. Kanjani8's 26th single is created through colaboration with high school students nationalwide. Previously they accpeted lyric ideas from high school students to use in this song. High school wind instrument players were auditioned for a special ensemble to take part in the recording. Also new this week is Kis-My-Ft2's album "Kis-My-Journey", which topped the album weekly ranking.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 6/23~6/29


KAT-TUN released their new album "come Here" on June 25. This was the first single by KAT-TUN as a 4-member group. Though only 75,026 copies were sold, it was able to top the weekly album ranking. Also new this week is A.B.C-Z's "ABC Za 2013 Johnny's Densetsu (The Digest)", which ranked 4th in the weekly music DVD ranking.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 6/16~6/22


After 3 weeks with no Johnny's in the album ranking, finally Hey! Say! JUMP released their new album, "samrt". This album directly topped the daily ranking on its release day on June 18 and finally tops this weeks album ranking with 126,734 copies sold.

On June 11, NEWS finally released their single "ONE -for the win-", which is used for NTS's "FIFA World Cup Brazil". This single topped the single chart for this week, with 182,772 copies sold.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 5/26~6/1


Arashi released their 44th single "Daremo Shiranai" on May 28, and since its release it ranked first on the Oricon's daily-chart. So it is no surprise that this single, containing the theme song for Ohno Satoshi's drama "Shinigami-kun", also topped the weekly-ranking. This became their 33rd consecutive chart-topping single since "PIKA★★NCHI DOUBLE", which was released in February 2004. With this single they have released 40 chart-topping singles, making Arashi the 2nd artist (in both categories male/female, group/solo) to achieve this, as since Oricon started this ranking only B'z has accomplished it.

One of the new releases this week was "LOVE, HOLIDAY" from TOKIO, which ranked 4th in the weekly single chart. Another one is Arashi's concert DVD "ARASHI Arafes'13 NATIONAL STADIUM 2013", which topped the music DVD ranking.

Oricon Weekly-Charts 2014, 5/12~5/18


This week there were 2 releases from Johnny's talents. Sexy Zone finally released their newest single "KING & QUEEN & JOKER" on May 14. This single topped Oricon single chart for that week with 150,586 copies sold. Meanwhile KAT-TUN's newly released concert DVD "COUNTDOWN LIVE 2013 KAT-TUN" topped the music DVD chart.
