It has been announced, that Johnnys' WEST will sing the both the opening song and the theme song for the late night drama "Again!!".
"Again!!" is a live adaption of a popular manga with the same title by Mitsuro Kubo. It tells the story of Imamura Kinichirou, who just graduated from high school and was given the chance to redo his life by going back in time to his entrance ceremony 3 years ago. Given this chance, he decided to join the cheering squad, which he wanted to join.
The lead role will be played by Johnnys' WEST member, Fujii Ryusei. Other cast include Hayama Akira, Kamiyama Tomohiro (Johnnys' WEST), Kojima Fujiko, Kusumi Koharu, Okano Maya, Okayasu Tabito, Watanabe Yutaro, Miyazato Shun, Tsutsumishita Atsushi (Impulse), Hamano Kenta, Kondo Yoshimasa and Asada Miyoko. "Again!!" will be aired Sundays 24:50-25:20 on MBS starting July 20 an Tuesdays 25:11-25:41 on TBS starting July 22.
Johnnys' WEST was choosen to sing the opening and theme song for this drama. The opening song is titled "SUPERSTAR", while the theme song is titled "Yume o Dakishimete". It is still not clear, when these two song will be released, as they are not listed in Johnnys' WEST's upcoming album "go WEST Yoi Don!", which will be on sale on August 6.
