5 music video versions for Kanjani8's "ER2"
Kanjani8 filmed 5 version of music videos for their upcoming single "ER2".
The director for the music videos is Tsutsumi Yukihiko, who also directer the movie "Eight Ranger 2". This movie will be released July 26. "Eight Ranger" started as a comedy skit for Kanjani8's concert and was first released as a movie July 28, 2012. For the second movie Kanjani8 will release a single titled "ER2". Same as the previous one, "ER", which is used for the first movie, "ER2" will be released under the name of Eight Ranger.
This time Kanjani8 filmed 5 different music videos for their upcoming single: Issaigassai ver., Issagassai eiga-mori ver., Tenchimuyo ver., Tengoku to djigoku ver., and Girigiri 1 cut ver. In some of these versions, dance became the main point, like in the Issaigassai ver. for example.
The Girigiri 1 cut ver. is filmed using only one camera and without cutting. In this version the members needed to sing while flipping through several piece of papers with lyrics of the song written on it.
The shooting went for quite a long time, as there're 5 versions to be filmed. Between the takes they also celebrated both Yokoyama You and Ohkura Tadayoshi's birthday. It became a Kanjani8 like harmonious shooting.
"ER2" will be released on August 6. The music videos will be included in the Limited Editions.
