SMAP will release another double-A-side-single, "Top Of The World/Amazing Discovery", on July 16. For this single, SMAP teamed up with samurai guitarist MIYAVI. MIYAVI composed the song "Top Of The World", while the lyrics are provided by Ishiwatari Junji.
Meanwhile, "Amazing Discovery" was composed by CAPSULE's Nakata Yasutaka, who is known for producing hits for the likes of Perfume and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu. "Amazing Discovery" is used as the theme song for Universal Studio Japan.
SMAP's 53rd single will be released in 3 different editions: 2 Limites Editions and a Regular Edition. The Limited Editions will each come with a DVD containing a music video. The DVD for Limited Edition A will include the music video of "Top Of The World", while Limited Edition B will come with the music video for "Amazing Discovery" in it.
