Kokubun Taichi to take a break from IPPUKU! for a journey to Brazil
TOKIO's Kokubun Taichi is set to take a trip to Brazil in order to do interviews in relation to the World Cup.
On TBS' morning program "IPPUKU!", which he hosted, Kokubun Taichi announced that he will be going on a journey to Brazil starting tomorrow. Therefore, he wouldn't be able to host the program. It was also announced, that TOKIO's member Matsuoka Masahiro and Joshima Shigeru will come in his replacement.
During Kokubun's journey in Brazil, Matsuoka and Joshima will serve as special hosts alternately. Matsuka will come on hte 11th and 12th, while Joshima will be responsible for the show from the 13th, 16th and 17th.
On the show, Kokubun commented: "Of course I'll be looking forward to Joshima-san's IPPUKU!, but Matsuoka-kun's IPPUKU! pose will also be interesting. Because it, doesn't happen often, please check it out." To his co-workers he also added: "Please get along well."
