April 18 Arashi and Johnnys' WEST appeared on Music Station.
Before the show started, Arashi was interviewed in the Mini Music Station corner. They were asked whether they recieved gifts from each other. Matsumoto Jun answered, that not so long ago he went for vacation and brought key holders for the members. The second question was from a 15 years old, who asked for advice in making friends. Aiba Masaki said, that it is important to open oneself up, "So something like smiling would help". Jokingly Ninomiya Kazunari said, "But during high school you didn't have any friends, did you?"
Johnnys' WEST performed right after the opening. They performed their debut song "Eejanaika" with fans surrounding them.
Because it was Johnnys' WEST's and NMB48's first appearance on the show, Music Station had questioned people from Tokyo and Osaka about which artist that could represent their respective area. Kanjani8 was choosen by the poeple from Osaka as representative for their area, while Arashi was choosen to represent Tokyo.
When NMB48 members were asked to prepare for their performance, Ohno Satoshi also stood up and walked away following NMB48. The rest of Arashi joked asking whether he left because he wanted to watch NMB48's performance from near. Later Ohno appeared dressed as Shinigami-kun, his character in his drama "Shinigami-kun", which started airing on the same night.
During Arashi's talk, Johnnys' WEST's Kotaki Nozomu asked them whether each Arashi member has something they are responsible for in the group. Aiba choosed to answer and began by saying that Sakurai Sho is the leader for vacation. Sakurai and Matsumoto responded by saying that, Kotaki didn't mean something like that, but Aiba told them, that a while ago when he went for a location work, Sakurai gave him a list of restaurants to visit. Matsumoto then added that he got a hotel recommended from Sakurai.
Arashi performed "Daremo Shiranai", which is used as the theme song for Ohno Satoshi's drama "Shinigami-kun". They performed with the set for "Shinigami-kun" as their background setting. They sang while doing a really well coordinated dance performance.
